This program includes a 4 day muscle split training cycle which changes ever 2 weeks, and 1 HIIT style training day programmed each week.


It does NOT include a ridiculous ammount of cardio- instead, it focuses on weight training effectively using supersets with minimal rest time in between in order to ensure that your heart rate is staying up throughout each training session! 


Each program comes with PARTIAL coaching- meaning that you have 24/7 acces to ME via email or even TEXT. If you are following MY program, it makes sense that you should be able to contact me at any time with questions or concerns, right? I think so.
